YOU MUST RSVP IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND EITHER IN-PERSON OR BY ZOOM 

We hope to see you in person – especially if you’re a Member of the NC Green Party and especially if you’re in the Charlotte Metro, Greensboro, and Winston Salem areas.

This is the annual event where we shape the direction of our party and build the Green community in our state to advocate and mobilize for real change. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our Members to meet again in fellowship and for important decision-making. Non-member Supporters are welcome to attend and observe but are not allowed to vote on business matters of the NC Green Party. 

Morning coffee/tea/light breakfast and a Buffet Lunch will be provided at the event. Please RSVP by February 20th if you’ll attend in person so that we may plan for enough food and beverages.

A suggested donation of $10 to the NCGP from attendees at the door will be appreciated to help cover our venue and food expenses. If you plan to bring a friend, please be sure to include them as a +1 on your RSVP. 

Our agenda will include business matters of the NC Green Party – electing needed Officers for the Coordinating Committee, voting on any Bylaws/Platform amendment proposals, and accepting volunteers for Appointed and Committee positions. We’ll also be talking about 2025 elections, our political goals, and mutual aid projects! More details about the gathering and our agenda will be sent to those who RSVP.
